Possibly. Why, oh why, do the Democrats continue to bow to this guy? Kick him out of the caucus and let him go with the Republicans, whose positions he prefers.
UPDATES:
1) See the op-ed piece by Gail Collins in Thursday's NY Times. In an effort to explain Lieberman's flip-flopping and idiocy, Collins notes the simple theory that Lieberman "isn't actually all that smart." I like that theory. He's as dumb as a brick. And from years of teaching bricks, I know that kind of dumb.

Ah, sorry, AF. I didn't mean to insult you by calling you JC. My bad!

Shouldn't you be studying for exams, JC, rather than watching videos of slow loris? Apathetic AND a goof-off!

Really? I kind of like Joe Lieberman?

I have to agree. I'd rather see the Democrats negotiate with the handful of reasonable Republicans left to get to 60; at least then, you know what you're dealing with. Lie-berman loves to feast on the ridiculously disproportinate amount of power the Democrats have given him by making him their 60th vote.
